I bought boultt audio probass neckbabd on january 27, 2021 from amazon. I was impressed by its sound quality but after a 7 months its left side earphone stopped working and i want to claim my 1 year warranty. It does not have any physical damage but it's left side earphone is not working so i request authorities to repair my earphones or replace it. Because I use it for online classes and i dont have much money to buy new. So plzz help me
