This is to convey that i parked my bike at safdarjung enclave market parking near rajinder dhaba opposite central bank of india, i looked for parking assistent but no one was there and when i was leaving i was handed over a manual parking slip having my bike no. Only and i was asked to pay rs.50 for and hour,
the slip i was given by the attendent was not a digital receipt and having no information about the parking place, and also it was not having date and time mentioned on the slip, after i asked that there is no time and date mentioned then he wrote it in front of me, when i asked that on what bases you are charging so high then the attendent said this is the parking charge, and also when i asked him to give me digital parking receipt then he replied that this is the only slip and we dont provide any digital receipt.
They dont had any parking receipt machines and were only providing bogus parking manual slips with no vehicle information and no parking area details mentioned,
i request you to please solve this parking problem by providing proper guidelines for the parking owners so there should be no conflicts in between the costumer and the parking attendent
as i have been parking to various parkings in delhi and everywhere i got digital in and out parking receipt and have no issuses.
Please look into this matters at earliest
