Dear Sir/madam,

My self Mastan Shaik from Andhra Pradesh approaching you regarding my Amazfit GTR 2(New Version) smart watch display damage issue. I bought new watch from flipkart on[protected]. I used the product for a week and unexpectedly my watch display got damaged. I contacted Amazfit service center which is one a only service center in over all India.

I had a WhatsApp conversation with them and got the information about my paid service which I suppose to use. They offered me a price of Rs 6, 400 for replacement of damaged display. The product cost was Rs 7, 000 and the service cost was Rs 6, 400 + courier charges.

This is the only service center in India for Amazfit products, they are robbing money from customers and very poor customer service. Many customers suffering for this situation they are facing. I request you to take action against this service center and Flipkart too for promoting products which are not having proper service centers.
