I purchased bpl 32' inch tv from flipkart vide invoice dated 21.12.2019. With in one year, ie., in the month of November 202stopped working.i contacted bpl customer care number.cansequently the serviceman examined the product on 1st December 2020 and informed the board of tv has been damaged.He demanded the invoice details.and the same has WhatsApped him. He informed that complained has registered and will replace the board when it is available.Till this day no response from the company or its authorised service centres. Several time i contacted the bpl customer care number and the authorised service centre in Kerala.Nothing happened...I requested to take immediate action to repair or replace the product since damage occured with in the warranty period..
