Dear sir..
I bought this tv from amozon & it's very sad to inform you that my 43 inch bpl tv is not installed till the date. I talked several times to customer care and on number provided by them but did not resolve my issue. My phone number [protected] whenever i called customer support they told me "our technical team call you under 24 hours" but that 24 hours never come. I am almost lose my patience... & i will assure you i will not buy any bpl product in future last time i am request you please resolve me query as early as possible.
