After a month of getting quality report all the talks are over we have that time also asked you to check the quality report you didn't have such problem now at once you are putting false allegations.
we have provided you work[protected] the submission date was[protected] but due to Covid Lockdown you asked and we had tried to support you by providing you 1 month of time so the new submission date was[protected] MID NIGHT). Even though the lockdown was not started that time but there we supported you.

When the submission happened on 5TH April still two days delayed from submission date and Quality report came it was very poor Quality and your center got terminated.

You asked and we suggested to get your report match with your data and you did so and also said that it was your employee mistake so please help us…. There we said that you can continue the work by paying penalty you were ready for that but after that you don’t want and we haven’t requested you to do so.
But this is a false allegation that you are putting on us when you yourself accepted that its was your employee mistake not you are blaming us.

Even after we have supported you this much you are still making a negative feedback so as to defame us such was not accepted.

I had taken project on 5 systems from BPOCORNET SERVICES and in my first month of quality check, my accuracy went below 50% and as per the agreement my work was to be terminated. However, the company supported me and asked me to rework moreover, guided me to rectify the mistakes my team had made and as per their support and guidance, I have been doing projects successfully, and have never scored accuracy below 50%. Its my 4th month and the work has been going smoothly and so is the billing. I am content with their services being provided.
