[Resolved]  BR Infosoft — Fraud and Cheating Company

Dear All, I am also the one who has got cheated from BR Infosoft (http://www.brinfosoft.com/contact-us/). The given website is fake. because if they are genuine and big company, why they having @gmail.com id instead @brinfosoft.com.still they have own and very designed websites...but their customer care id is <info.[protected]@gmail.com>). My user ID is : BRIS01916 I paid Rs.1550/- for star one plan, and the next moment they sent 200pages with 10days deadline, which means, they keep those pages ready made and forward the same to everyone. if they are really genuine they might need sometime for allocate the project. Also I realized that 200pages is not at all possible to complete the project within 10days. i.e. each page takes 15 to 20min so we can able to complete 3 pages in 1hour. So that we need to spend 7 hour per day ( 7 *3 = 21 pages) 21 pages *10 days = 200 pages. So it is not a partime job. I paid my amount through credit card and the amount debited to Mr. Shubham Maurya i.e. individual account (NOT in company account i.e. BR Infosoft). I called him for some query to their contact No.[protected] & [protected] but no response after two days they picked and talked ready roundly and disconnected the line. After that only I realized and noticed that they are fake company. So herewith I request everyone please do not trust them, they are 100% Fraud Company. All so I request Indian Consumer Compliance to take necessary action. The Officer-in-Charge or Authorities of Indian Consumer Complaints Forum requested to take strict action.
