Hi,
I would like to launch a complaint against BrainPulse Technologies for false statements regarding our project progress. The project was started around a month ago with legal contracts from the compnay claiming that the project completion date would be on 12th January 2012. However, they never maintained proper communication with their developers and designers to explain the project further to them. Every time someone new would take up the unfinished project and we had to explain him everything from the very beginning. This continued everyday and the project sales manager assured us that it was on track. However today they admitted that it would not be possible to meet the targets as mentioned in the contract. Also, the developer seemed to have no clue about what they are doing with our project with minimal advancement from Day 1.
We already paid 750 USD in advance and we would like a full return of our money for misguiding and contract breach. How can we take further legal actions against Brainpulse Technologies? Not only does we want our money back but we would also like to launch a legal complaint against the company.
Note: If Required we will present all the legal documents and contract papers submitted by the company to us.
