The left side earbud of the Bluetooth Earphone of Skullcandy (Jib+active) is not functioning at all.
Raised the concern in the April 2020.
Company kept postponing the matter citing lockdown.
There is no or very very poor communication and effort made by the indian distributors of skull candy.
In the backdrop of lockdown(when now most of economic activities already began), the company is not heeding attention on replacement or return of faulty earphone
No transparent grievance redressal mechanism in place.

I have dropped in-numerous mails to company but it has not responded proactively even when now when all shops and establishments are operating.
Product is still within warranty period.
Now I want complete refund of amount paid for earphone.
This has caused great damage in terms of my studies and daily personal life ...
