Ordered a skullcandy indy earbuds from skullcandy india website. Order# 209564_20061809. The earbuds were faulty and the complaint was registered via email. They suggested me to return the earbuds to their address.
The earbuds were returned to the address on 9th july. Since then no one is responding to my email nor i have any confirmation on the product replacement. Their customer care number is pathetic and never gets connected. Was this information helpful? |
