I bought a bluetooth speaker from online store link : https://instagram.com/_brand_factory__0510?igshid=p9ea0rozohd2
This is online we site on instagram who sells electronic clothing, garments, accessories.
And paid on google pay (Online payment) i got the product but it was defective. Hence the seller asked to currier on my own to an given address in nagpur. I did and the product was delivered by india post office. After which the seller is uncontactable not responding and i haven't received replacement. Amount paid is 1000/ + 111 for currier charges. Want to report this so people don't fall for this seller and to stop online fraud. This account to be blocked

It was promised and made a deal that if comes defective it will be exchanged. Screenshot attached of the conversation had with the seller.

Requesting to kindly look into this matter to stop online fraud.
