Brand Marts — I'm complaining about an online fraud done by brand marts

I ordered 2 fossil watches for 1500 rupees.
I recieved the package this morning, it contained 1 watch, not 2, that too local, not worth more than 100 rupees.
I paid them in cash.
My order ID is #ST15DEC46

I want a full refund.
Please help.
