My name is prakash. Wrong and a very cheap quality product was delivered to me by the online site named brand4deals. Mysopify.com instead of the product that i ordered.
Even after sending several mails to them regarding refund of my money or delivering of the correct product i have not received any response from their end.
This company is fooling the customers by showing some product and deals on the site and while delivering they send cheap and wrong products.
I have attached the proofs with this mail.
The first picture is of the wrong and cheap product that was delivered by them and the next two pictures are of the product that i actually ordered and the mails that were sent by me.
I want my money back or the correct product should be delivered.
Why are they even not responding? This company is harassing the customers.
