I purchased an A/C on 11/07/2024. From 16th September onwards, my A/C stopped working. We raised a complaint on 19th September, and they assured us that the issue would be resolved within 3 days. However, it has not been resolved yet. In the meantime, I received an SMS stating that my A/C service was successfully completed on 26/09/2024. But as of today, 27/09/2024, no one from Flipkart has visited our home. How can they claim to have successfully completed the warranty repair work?
