Respected sir,

I have purchased a duckback hot water bottle of mrp 405/- from sasta sundar on 12 december 2018 but the product is damage after using six days. This product manufacturing date is august 2018 and 2 year guarantee is mention here but sasta sundar is not doing replacement. As duckback is renowned company how damage is possible i cannot understand. Now it is not possible for me to take the product of duckback from next time.
Kindly i am requesting you to please replace the product. This product is very necessary for me. Very urgent.

By trusting ur brand name i purchae president..deluxe..tm no.2267628...design no.266857/266858...but i found it foulty near back of head which is attached near colaur..
there is no proper protection for water coming in side...do i m going to get it replace or repair and where fo i go that...

Purchased a Hot Water Bottle/bag about 5/6 months ago from M/S Loknath Medical center of Ranikuthi Tollygunje Kolkata 700040 @Rs 406.00.
The Bottle/bag has started Leacking...it can't be used.
Please arrange to redress our complaint.
