Brc — Need M.Ed genuineness reg.

Respected sir,
I am working as a BRTE(BLOCK LEVEL TEACHER EDUCATOR) in aruppukottai.I have completed my M.Ed through distance education in[protected] in Bharathiar University.As I am in need of my M.Ed genuineness certificate, I have applied for the same through my supervisor.I have sent DD for rupees Rs.500/-on (DD. NO 838099; DATE : 17.11.2020). But you intimated me to pay another Rs.500/- (Ref No.No:BU/COE/GENUINENESS/2020/11897 DATE:05.12.2020).That also I paid through DD(DD NO.838063, dated11.12.2020).But till now, I have not received my Genuineness certificate.Kindly take necessary step to send my Genuineness certificate as early as possible, or reply me if any else.
