Bridgestone Tyres India — bridge stone tyre

I have bought a new honda city car in the last week of october 2018. The car travelled only 3900 km till date. I observed that the driver seat tyre has no air. On inspection, i saw that the tyre got a cut in the side wall. I approached courtesy honda okhla new delhi from where i purchased new car. They have pursued the case with complaint no-enq38272 & enq38314 from the tyre company namely bridgestone. After inspection, bridgestone tyre company agreed to exchange the tyre by a new one by bearing 60% cost of the tyre by me which is not acceptable to me
