I would like to bring your notice that, i am bridgestone customer since 2011 from almost a decade.
I have changed all 4 tires of my swift car from your service station on 19th august, 2020.
At that time the reading of my car running was 58980 kms.
After driving my car only 21 kms in city area i have observed that there is some manufacture defect occurred to the one of the tire as it got lump from inside out (Which is considered as a manufacture defect as per bridgestone warranty guidelines.) i am not sure weather it's there from earlier or got this later after 21 kms driving.
I immediately informed to the service station about this tire defect, on which i got reply from mr. Himanshu that i need to pay 50% of amount to get this defective tire replaced.
I am not sure why i need to pay such a huge amount as
1. Firstly the tire is in warranty period.
2. Secondly i might got the defective tire from you as it's only 21 kms run..
3. And the third thing the damage has not introduced/caused by me or any harsh driving as it's occurred from inside out.
It's a totally a companies responsibility to get this replaced as the manufacture defect is clearly visible with open eye.
Request you to please look into this with high priority as i have already paid a huge amount and going through discomfort since i got this service from you with zero customer satisfaction.
Please find herewith attached invoice copy since 2011 & letter of claim inspection for your information.
Hopping that this case will get judged rightly with no more hurdles.
