Bridgestone Tyres India — Cut in New tyre within 70km of run

I bought new bridgestone tyre for i10 on 20 feb’21 and within 10 days and with 70km of run it got cracked/cut. The dealer was also not very supportive and was unprofessional. However they submitted for claim but it got rejected. Company is not ready to accept that the fault was in tyre. Within 10 days and 70km of run how can a new tyre gets cut that too of Bridgestone. Company is claiming the guarantee of 3 years but they are not ready to give me refund or replace the tyre. This is highly unprofessional and will never recommend this company to anyone.
