Bridgestone Tyres India — defect in tyre and refusal to replace to same.

I would like to bring to your kind attention that i had purchased innova crysta from muscut motors, aligarh 6 months ago in which bridgestone tyre was incorporated.

Recently, we had an incident where due to defect in the tyre we had to stop our journey on the way. Later, we had sent the same tyre to the dealership for its examination, the examination was conducted by mr. Omprakash and hence the engineer had refused to the defect and is also unable to tell us the reason why our journey was stopped due to problems faced by us in the tyre.

We request you to enquire into the matter on behalf of company and re-examine the tyre as we believe that such a company should not lose its goodwill due to certain employees’ ignorance and careless behaviour.
