Bridgestone Tyres India — I was sold a 3 years 4 months old tyre by the seller

Dear sir,
I was sold a new bridge stone tubeless tyre 237/75/15r manufacturing year 2014. That makes its almost 3years and 4months old as on the date of purchase that is 10th feb 2018.
The seller had taken an advance before buying and did not mention about its age during selling.
My request is how do i make a consumer complaint against him and how safe is the tyre to use.
I have been using bridge stone tyres for my mahindra scorpio, and this is my third set in 12 years. My run is very low which is now approx 1, 17, 000 only.
Request you to do the needful. The total cost for 4 tubless tyres was rs30, 400/-
