Bridgestone Tyres India — met with car accident due to front left wheel tyre burst

Hi, my husband and his brother were driving in belgaum highway at 6.43am on 25.08.2017 and during that time left front wheel got burst immediately. Car went and hit to standing lorry which will be parked near highway side.
Fortunately no damages has been occurred for lives instead front left part of car got smashed. Need to understand the failure of tyres as these were new tyre which has been used. Need a compensation from bridgestone for the accident happened, these were absolutely new tyres bought from "sleek cars" located at bommanahalli, b'lore on 20.10.16. Tyres are falling under
