Bridgestone Tyres India — my tyres get cut and dealer told me it's not replaced

Dear we are your happy customer but today i am happerd with some little issue at date of 31/11/2017 i purchase 4 tyers from ludhiana ur listed dealer madhok enterprises he has give me waranty of 2000 km but i have drive 2700 more from committed waranty and today my 1 tyre of left side get puncher i saw it has been long cut when i go to madhok enterprise he is denied to replace my car tyre he told me we just fix only puncher nothing else
My request is only kindy replace my tyre soi will be again purchase more product from u and i been a happy customer if you help me out for this

Last 3 months back I by bridge stone tyre in Dhanush wheels in t c Palya Singhal Bangalore that time show room person tel to like this one guaranty and warranty now only '92 days that tyre is coming bobbing one side now that show room person telling no guaranty no warrenty what can I do please co operate me
