Bridgestone Tyres India — product damage

Dear Sir
I Have purchase 4nos of Bridgestone tires in the month of June 2019. but in current month ( Sept 19 ) one of the tire got a puncher & i consulted to near by puncher shop.He told its not a puncher its a breakage in sidewall & suggested to claim the warranty as it used less than a 1000 Km Then i gave consumer complaint to customer care. After some time i have received a call from the ajent & he communicated with the dealer where i submitted the tire & told its happened due to path hole then he offered me 35% discount which i refused to accept it. at the time of buying i have trusted this brand blindly but now im confused so kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
