Dear sir/madam,
I wants to attract your attention towards a bridge stone set of four tyres size 165/70R14 of grand i10 Hyundai make car purchased on 19/07/2017 whose warranty card serial no. is 0608883 from your authorised dealer Mr. Ajay Arora, booth no.16, sector-55, phase-1, mohali, contact no.[protected],[protected]. l observed that a hair crack is developing in one of the four tyres fitted driver's rear side, l visited the above mentioned dealer and shown the problem whose photo is enclosed, he refused to admit the fault and explained that it is cut not crack but I am 100% sure it is crack because such type of cut is not possible on road during running may be on face but not at side and such sharp cut is not possible as I am working in swaraj tractor division in quality control inspecting tyre & tubes since 1981 so my experience does not allow to support such comments given by dealer.so it is my humbly request to look into the matter and give a right decision. I also will share this story to all my friends, near & dears so kind of you and how loyal to your customers.I hope you will give a positive response and do the needful . Also it is a dignity of a customer since many years
