Please find below details and do needful, i'm completely not satisfied with the service response. Complain no. : e1908486
I had brought mahindra xuv500 w10 car dated 21.11.2017 and i used my car approx 10448 kms and found front crack on my right rear tyre.
I complained on 10.03.2018 about the same to the dealer of narian automobiles, hazartganj, lucknow where i purchased the car.
I received a message on 25.03.2018 from the bridgestone that my complain is rejected and it is attached along with this email.
So, i request you to replace my tire as soon as possible.

I PURCHASED 4 TYRE OF XUV500 (235/65R17) FROM AJMER. DEALR NAME AGARWAL MOTOR, P R MARG, AJMER.

BILL NO. 65554 DT 6/6/17

One of the tyre was deshaped on lining and honing while driving. when I inspection I found that it is almost like manufacturing defect ment.
