I buy all new tyre of my cars 2 tyre i buy on[protected] are working perfect in my car.
2 tyre i buy on 10th on june and on 27 of june i have given those tyres to my dealer while tekking him that i have a tyre bulge in 15-18 days.
Where as my concern is i have faith n trust like from past 10 years my dad suggested me even though bridgstone is[protected] expensive then mrf and yokohama still you go for it.
My both front tyre i find them defective as in[protected] km how it can be a tyre bulge where as in using two tyre from march are running good.
All i can say tyre are defective or manufacture fault.
My executive who is deny to me from bridgstone company is

My dealer is saying as company executive will say we will not replace the tyre.

It has been month the executive is playing trics with me.
Once he said one tyre will get replaced and then other side he said
You need to pay good will amount.
What is this going on making customer in delima.in one month they have not provided me the solution.
If this the way bridgstone is serving customers.
It’s totall breach of trust from the company. As the tyre are defective.
All i need is justice.
And an appropriate solution.
