I was promised during purchase of 4 tyres for my alto k10 from bridgestone select palam vihar gurgaon delhi ncr on 21st august 2016 that bridge stone tyre about warranty replacement in case of any fault other then tyre physical damage.
After very short span o[censored]sage (less than one month) one of the tyre was brust having 3 holes in three different place during travel on gurgaon delhi expressway on 17th september 2016, immediately i have reported to the tyre shop, during the inspection they told that bridgestone warranty doesnot cover this type of damage and asked me to submit the tyre for inspcetion.
After the insection bridgestone company told that the problem is due to the hard hitting of some object and can not be consider under warranty claim.
I didn't have any incidence of hard hitting to my tyre even since last few days i have not travelled for long distance.
Don't go with brand name, go with one who can provide after sales service.
I am sure company is trying to differ from the promise they have maid for the warranty claim.
If some one from the manufacturer reading this then please do some favour of your company by improving the quality & settle down the customer complaints.
I just wonder a mnc company having high degrees of quality control certificates can deal their customer world wide in such a way without conceding manufacturing defect by passing the bucks to customer.
