Bridgestone Tyres India — tyre damage due to manufacturing defect within warranty

The tyre was purchased from m m trading co. Lucknow on 27th april 2018 vide invoice 198 dated 27.04.2018 for my wagonr car.
I was travelling with my family on higway and the tyre burst of and lucliy we survived waht could have been a major accident. I had submitted the tyre on 24th july 2018 to m/s m m trading co and also lodgead my complain to the company on mail on 17the aug.2018 when the issue did not resolve. Reminders have been sent on 22nd aug and today but no reply has been received. Please get the same resolved and help. My mobile no. Is [protected]
