Bridgestone Tyres India — tyre of my new car

Dear sir/mam,
This is to bring to yours kind concern that my car tyre bursted while i was driving. I have purchased ignis in 2017 with 4 years warrenty. I talked in showrrom so i got to know that i have to contact in tyre company. So how i can get new tyre in replacement or whatever the solution in that concern?
So its my humble request to the concern authority to provide best possible solution in this respect.
