Bridgestone Tyres India — unethical behavior, about my new car tyre warranty

The tires of my new vehicle, the tata tiago, vehicle kl10bd2033 are from the tyre company bridgestone. It's been 6 months since i bought the car. The vehicle was driven at 19500 km. It was in the meantime that the tires of the car suddenly burst. The side of the tire was broken. Because of that i inquired about the warranty at the dealership. They gave no clear answer. I spoke to the executive of the bridgeston company and they said my tire would not be warranted. Please accept my request and do the needful
