Brigade Group — Cheating customers with loan scam

I am Prakash L R, I reside in Bangalore and I have booked an apartment at Brigade El Dorado Gallium, my Apartment No: BG-EGA-G-X-0625-XX.
I paid the booking amount of 50, 000 rupees on 31st December on the promise provided by the salesperson and the bank representative whom he made me talk to on-call that I am eligible for a home loan and I will get it for sure as I had prior loans, so based on this promise I paid the remaining downpayment in total of 3.7 lakhs as I was interested in the 24 months Holiday EMI scheme. Now I have been denied a home loan citing eligibility reasons and are demanding that I pay the remaining amount along with the interest for these 8 months which they took to get back to me. I want to know why I was promised it in the first place. In fact, my salary has only increased from the time I booked the apartment so I should be more eligible now than then.

I got intimation that my booking will be canceled and I have raised complaints several times regarding this and no actions have been taken place, so now I feel cheated by your company. I only went to buy an apartment there owing to the fact that a big company like theirs would not have petty problems like this and now I have LOST COMPLETE TRUST in your company.

I wrote to their MD and I keep calling their support lines and sending emails to their customer care email id but I haven't got any response from them. I have lost countless days of sleep and spoilt my health due to this careless behavior from Brigade.
