I had got a call from Mr. Kannan from Bright and power [protected], of Bright and Power on the morning of 06 Dec 2014. He offered to send service personnel to my residence for doing service of an inverter. We agreed for the service. In the evening, his personnel came in, and told the invertor was faulty, and suggested going for another battery. We declined the idea of going for another battery. The service personnel then, came up with a bill of Rs.750. When we asked to justify Rs. 750, they spoke to their boss, Mr. Kannan, who asked them to charge Rs.500. I ASKED THE SERVICE PERSONNEL NOT TO INSTALL ANY PRODUCT, AND YET THEY INSTALLED IT WITHOUT CONSENT. THEY TOOK Rs.500 AND LEFT IN A HURRY WITHOUT EVEN GIVING A RECEIPT. After they left, I called up Mr. Kannan and asked for an explanation. He disagreed to take replaced the part back nor to refund the money he has charged for without our consent. IS IT RIGHT TO MAKE PEOPLE PAY FOR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS THEY DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR?
