Purchase Steam Iron on-line in March 2022 (07.03.2022)
Started facing problems.
Contacted call centre number:

Call registered :
Got call from technician : [protected] Only to inform me that they are not responsible for my area
I called again : [protected]
Call center number person gives another number : [protected] promising me that they will take care.
I make a call again : The person responds and tells that they are not responsible for my area.
I again call : [protected]
Again I was given another number : [protected]
I called the number and I was informed that they don't deal with iron.
When I ask the call centre,
whom should I escalate to: Answer (no one ). It is One way. If someone will want, they may contact . I can't escalate to anyone.
I asked : what if the service centre is not the right one:
Answer: Call the call centre again (I should keep doing ) not they .
I am going to put the conversation on reviews.
