I, shri muktinath sharma residence of lower dalep (P. O: pedong, 734311) urge this forum to take strict action against the persecution done against me and my property by bro (Gref) on 17 april, 2017 at 7 pm ist. A truck of 87 rec of lava area carrying labours back to their home strike my house resulting in serious damage of my property and almost lost of life of two people. I reported to local headmate of labour immediately as the driver ran away without caring if the person of that house survived or not.
The driver was brought back to my home after having hard time in chasing him.
I found that the driver was drunk and his attitude towards me was very rude as he found that i was an old man.
Next day the concerned person (Aka saab) came to my residence and physical verification of my damaged house was carried out by him. He forwarded two (Unskilled labour) with 5 bags of cement.
Now, 5 bags of cement with 2 unskilled labour will repair my damaged house???
When i insisted them about this, they assured me that they would look into the matter. But, till now nothing has been done from their side.
Being an old age citizen of india, i don't have that much energy and health to go to the court or their office and fight against them.
I hope this forum will give me some silverlining to the persecution done against me and my property. Was this information helpful? |
