[Resolved] DNA Infotel Pvt. Ltd — Poor Internet Connectivity

Dear Sir, I had paid 3163/- by SBI CHQ : 179898, dated : 27/08/2013, for 6 month Subscription of Internet Plan (moon Walker). My user ID : jaikiran_bj And on 10/09/2013 the connection has been started. From Day 1 at 11:00 pm the connection has been lost and there is no connectivity. I work for 12 hour on Internet but in that only 2 to 3 hour connectivity there. Regarding this I had made call and sent Email several time but non of the response came from their side. I had told that if your connection is not proper you can refund my amount then also they didn't reply me. Kindly help me or tell me what should I do as they did not give me proper person name or number or even did not reply me and some people also suffering same from this connectivity. Yes. I have the same issue. When we call their customer service there is no coordination between the morning and night shifts.
They never reply to the emails. Poorest service. But as there is no better option available people opt for DNA.
The day some better provider steps in, everyone is going to kick DNA's .

hi i am user vaibhav_kc i had taken ur connection in this month since yesterday morning 9.30am their is no net after trying several time i had contacted ur customer support they told me today i.e 16/12/14 till evening 6.00pm issue going to resolve now its 8.34pm no one came and no one given a single call regarding that, and whem i had called up again at 70..pm they even not talking properly please help me or give me any superiors no mycomplain no is 207891

given the complaint regarding the same issue of low speed even when connected... the technisian visits my place tries to solve it... it works for a while and then again the problem occurs.. not satisfied with the service and repair by the technician...need the problem to be solved for permanent... help me with the same
