I have been using their broadband service from years and every 2-3 months been facing lots of problems. I used to call them and it used get fixed but after a while back to square one. From june 2013 i been paying for a 1 mbps unlimited package. My download speed started dropping below 500 and used to get mostly 100-300 kbps. This continued till august end. I wrote and email to them on july 12th 2013 as I was told by the customer support to do so and they would compensate in the next bill cycle. My email has till now has not been answered. I forwarded the email to them 3 times but no use. Been calling them from july i get the same answer the internet will be fixed in 1 week router stuck at customs. This went on for over a month. They have a monopoly in this area and by use of force don't allow any other ISP's to operate in this area. I told them I would not pay them for the month of august as they said they would compensate me for the months before. Now they are asking me to come and meet their so called technical person. Earlier they told me to just send an email and they would compensate me for it now its something different. I need a internet connection as i work from home.
