Brook Ro, Delhi - A Fraud Company — fraud companies using wrong name

Dear company,

I found your contact number on the internet as kent ro official number on july 15. I logged a complaint for my kent ro servicing on that number.

The second day your technician visited as kent ro technician to our residence and offered kent's 3 year amc plan of rs 11000. The plan we accepted and give him the same amount. He did the billing in the name of brook ro solution. He also said brook ro is affiliated to kent ro.

Now we came to know he was neither a kent person nor brook ro is affiliated with it. All the numbers of brook ro are either not responding or are invalid now.

I want my money of rs 11000 back now.
