I was bought a cycle hercules roadeo turner vx on 09/09/15 from barrack pore mukta stores, westbengal kolkata - 700120 after 2 days this cycle's frame was curved and also damaged so the cycle store head click a pick of my cycle and sent it to company but its happens again 1 week ago and the store head suggest me to tell you. On my report pleas get me a solution for this if possible give me a hardy frame another style it's my kind request to you

The front wheel cannot be fit, I ordered online and the product I got was not good, Totally misaligned. you cannot fit the front wheel in the bicycle.
