BSA Hercules — hercules treadmill

Hercules motorised treadmill model no. Tm31 is persistently giving problems. The belt is slipping and getting out of control at starting speed itself. It is unsafe for use. The company official came for service after prolonged and repeated complaints. However the issue persists. The product is not serving the purpose of purchase as i am unable to use the product!
Repair is solicited urgently

I have by 02 bycycle from jk Cycle case memo no. 4970Date 10.o3.2018dwarka mor new delhi in last year may2018 but cycle have been very problem every day plese change my bycycle shortly it is not setified this company you say me we are go to consumer court to supply this product
