BSA Hercules — low quality cycle

Compliant made with the customer care and no response more than a month. Photos given no response. Low quality iron used within 3 months rust formed.
My neighbor bought local made cycle it is lasting without any rust.. Mine is not usable condition within 3 months..
Do never buy bsa brand cycle...

Bought cycle during may 2019.
1. Continuous repair of breaks.
2. Break is not fitting properly
3. Rust has come across the body (Seen a local bought cycle in the same period parked in the open area is good)
4. Handle bar is always lose.
5. No proper response from dealer where i bought..
