I had paid my last bill of Rs-7600/- on dated 13/08/2015 by online but I again received bill amount Rs-8910/-included the same payment of Rs-7600/-which has already paid at my end and I yet not receive payment confirmation from themselves .

I had several requested to them for send me current bill month amount with amended bill not last bill included payment but they not update me for the same and I received current bill amount of Rs-8910/-.

This, it is requested to kindly look in to this matter at top priorty .
