I mr. Suresh hogade, owner of my house situated at box no 13, room no 3, kadam chawl, nehru nagar, v. M. Road no. 05, vile parle (West), behind kala niketen, mumbai - 400056 having electricty meter bearing account no.[protected] of reliance energy.

My request is for my duplicate bill of 2000, at that time bses ltd was there, and also request is that when my meter was converted to commerial caregory if possible.

bill dt 20 jan 18 bill month jan 18, meter no. 11495272, reading for 30 days is 394 units (reading dt 15.01.18 is 21118 & reading dt 16.12.17 was 20724) ie less than 400 units but no subsidy allowed,
