Dear sir/madam, My name is Urmila gour i am living in244/102 IIIrd floor school block Mandawali Delhi 110092. This is to inform you that we have received electricity bill for this month of January 2015 is Rs.2040 very high.
i went to the bses department but they are not helping me for this my average monthly bill comes only 700 to 1000 rs. but regular we
