BSNL — Broadband disconnection

We have submitted written broadband disconnection letter for our connection[protected] to Commercial Officer, customer care center, BSNL office, M.I.Road, Jaipur dated[protected].
We have deposited our last bill also but still our account not been disconnected, and we are receiving bill message every month then we have contacted to again customer care but not reply properly and told it will not be disconnect.
