Mene bstc 2016 ka exam diya. Jisme councling ke liye 3000 rupye jama karvaye the. Lekin mera selection bstc ki kisi bhi counsling me nahi hua. So bstc k anusaar counsling fees refundable thi. So please meri counsling fees refund kijiye.
