I purchased a 600ml pet bottle from there restaurant at Unitech Cyber Park Sec 39 Gurgaon. It had MRP printed as Rs 30 however I was charged for Rs 42 & I got a bill as well. No one was able to explain this & said it is a pre loaded in their system. I logged a complaint with their customer service email address (They do not share any contact numbers for customer service or their head office). Its been a month after that mail but I haven't received any response. I shared the same with my friend & colleges & decided not to visit their again. Was this information helpful? |
