On the 7th of July 2022 at 11:02 pm, I ordered Two Smartphones after being redirected from a google ad into the site, budgetbaazaar.com. Since cash on delivery was not an option, and I was assured that the transaction is safe by the site, I paid ₹ 22, 498.50 using my UPI ID [protected]@upi expecting phone in return. My suspicion started when no communication was possible with them. From then onwards, they have provided me with a order status page where the status has remained the same as that of shipping. I have tried to contact them through the email and phone number posted in the site. Whenever I call the phone number, my call is forwarded to a different number and no one picks up. No one has responded to my email yet .
Their ( https://budgetbaazaar.com/ ) bank account is registered under the name ECONOMICAL LIFE FREEDOM PRIVATE LIMITED . Their UPI ID is [protected]@yesbank . Their details are as follows : -

I think this is a fraud with me . I am very afraid . I cannot bear such a huge loss of rupees 22, 498.50 . It has given me a mental trauma .
Please Sir / Madam, HELP Me in getting either the refund of rupees 22, 498.50 or the Two Smartphones I had ordered .
