Buffersales — Buffersales material returned

I ordered combo of 5 Coton shirts and my order no is oid133981. Last Monday (28/05/2016) when i received the courier no. Awb[protected] from buffersales i did not found the product which i ordered. I paid full amount of the product of rs 999/-. Kindly take appropriate action against them. I dont want their product. I want my money back as i m not satisfied with the product. I will be thankfull to you.
