Buffersales — Poor quality and local shirts

Ihave ordered 3 branded shirts and it was found to be of very poorquality and even the shirts were torn and very dirty. It costs rs549 and i want a refund of that or i want the replacement with original product as shown in the website. I will go to the consumer forum if this isnot been done.
